Registration and Fees

REGISTRATION

A $100.00 deposit is required to be on Nurture & Nature's waiting list. Once a slot opens up and a family is accepted, the deposit will be credited towards the registration fee. If we are unable to accommodate the family, the deposit will be refunded.

The following registration forms must be on file at the center before your child begins attending:

  1. Child Registration and Emergency Information Form
  2. Physical Health Form (to be completed by a physician)
  3. Child/Parent Personal History
  4. Parental Agreement Form
  5. Parents' Consent Form for Treatment of a Minor
  6. Signed Child Care Contract

RATES

Infants (ages 6 weeks to 1 year) $220/week or $55 day
Pre-Toddlers (ages 1 to 2) $195/week or $49/day
Toddlers (ages 2 to 3) $180/week or $45/day
Pre-School (ages 3 to 5) $163/week or $42/day

Kindergarten (ages 5 to 6) $155/week

Whether your child attends full or part-time, your weekly rate is due each Friday for the upcoming week's care. Fees are not reduced if your child is out sick, on vacation, or when the center is closed for a holiday or due to inclement weather.

CONTRACTS

A contract is required for all children attending the center to ensure we provide coverage for the days/times you are requesting services. A yearly registration fee of $100 per child is payable upon signing your annual contract, which is renewed on June 30 of each year.

PARENT "PITCH-IN" PROJECTS

Because parental involvement plays such an important role at Nurture & Nature, parents are required to "pitch-in" 10 hours of their time to assist with center projects over the year. Examples of projects include painting, planting flowers, spring cleaning, attending board meetings, chaperoning field trips, classroom assistance, and fundraising. In lieu of the 10 hours of service, parents may opt to pay an additional fee of $100.00 ($10 per hour of service not completed).

FOOD BANK

To help reduce our overall operational costs, all parents are required to bring in one or more food items bi-monthly for our center's food bank. Parents are notified regarding what item(s) they are responsible for via a checklist placed in their mailboxes each month. Examples of food items include 1 can of frozen juice, 1 box of graham crackers, 1 large tub of peanut butter, etc.
